Company Culture - one copy to give away
A clear company culture should start with a list of core values - not ones that appear on a branded poster in your HR department but are an intrinsic way in which you operate as a company.
A company I know (and am trying to know better) say it's about always looking for new ways to be amazing to everyone you come in contact with; building relationships where we treat each other like family; it's about teamwork, having fun and not taking oursleves too seriously. It's about growth, about achieving the impossible with fewer people; it's about openesss, taking risks and not being afraid of making mistakes - But most of all it's about having faith that if we do the right thing then in the long run we will succeed and build something great!
